The Short Independent Competition offers a screening platform of Israeli short films in order to encourage contemporary cinematic creation. The independent films represent a unique voice in the local film industry.

  • Submission is open to independent filmmakers.
  • Films that were produced after January 2024.
  • Film length: up to 30 min.

Other credits

We ask you to send us a screener first. The screener is a copy of the film we will be using during the selection process.

When your film is selected for the festival we will ask you to send us a master. The master is the copy we will use for projecting your film on the big screen.

Screener submission

Non-Hebrew speaking films must have English subtitles, including English speaking films.
